You can’t film in the doctors office. Most practices are owned by a hospital or healthcare entity and to film in their facility you have to get permission. If you’re a doctor or staff you have to get permission before posting any videos or pictures to social media.

Doesn‘t that depend on the state? If I remember it correctly there are states where all parties have to consent and in others you don’t have to tell anyone. But I‘m not from the US and it’s been a while since I watched that LegalEagel video about it 🙈

In most states the recording can be done without the knowledge of the medical professional. In the other states permission of both parties is needed. So yes, she can film in a private exam room or cubicle.
