Great tips to a daily Outlook user...thank you! I'm going to give Tasks another shot, right now I color categorize appts on my calendar. Also, I always wondered why people CC themselves 😳 mind blown...that will save me so much time searching through my Sent emails to see what I told them last in the conversation! 😘 Thank you for making my life better!

I LOVE the cleanup function. I use it several times a day! Is the @ mention feature something companies can turn off? I used to use it, but it doesn't work now. :-(

Hi Lisa - Me too! It is one of my favorite features to keep my inbox under control! What happens when you try to use the @ feature?

@@AdminGurus nothing happens when I use the @ mention. But I found a workaround, I log in to Outlook 365 web version and then it works. My client version must be older than I thought.

Has anyone done this for Outlook for Mac? Most of this information is unusable. Sounds cool, but I'm not migrating to a PC to get Outlook widgets.
