Good options for investment.One can earn good money..but this development is actually desaster for environment..Just look at old gurgaon where everyone wants to build 4 floor and earn profit.This is going to be big problem in future where population explode.I born and brought up in gurgaon and having well settled business there but i left my home town in the year 2021 and shifted to goa permanently.I must say the quality of life is far much better then gurgaon.There is huge difference between the lifestyle.. Gurgaon life is only limited to malls,clubs, theaters etc . well for a positive side i invest in lions green valley in sohna and its growing well..but for me i dont prefer to live in gurgaon where weather conditions, pollution levels are all unfavourable..No safety,crime, corruption..

Ashish Sir I agree with you that Dwarka Expressway have really high price and it does not make any sense. No Road No Bus or Metro. It does not make any sense to buy property on Dwarka Expressway

Signature global is not giving possession on time. Think twice before you invest. I booked 2 bhk in Jan2020 and I am still struggling to get possession. Customer support is also not satisfactory.

It's aravali hills that makes this place more desirable then dwarka expressway which only has the advantage of proximity to Delhi. Anyway nobody cares about going to Delhi anymore . Gurgaon is already better then Delhi

Any idea or suggestions if you can provide about future plans in farukhnagar . I saw a article in a newspaper which says that there will be a development plan and for that Government is going to acquire 900 acres .
