So fatal is just pain in ass for him as Fatal's Hax greater like Fatal can copy the code and edit, sew and even create things if he get enough code His red strings also directly attacks his opponents codes. Just becasue hes weaker doesnt mean Error wins against Fatal

My personal opinion on this fight: it was completely one sided, fatal was not playing around and cross and ink stood no chance (although in my personal opinion it was more of cross vs fatal) very good fight tho 8.5/10.

X!Tale Basically, X!Gaster decided to make an AU called X!Tale and try to make it the perfect alternate universe due to his overwrite ability, however he is never satisfied with his decisions so he resets the universe every time resulting in X!Frisk and X!Chara getting tired of the resets and try to stop him themselves but fail. Eventually X!Gaster corrupts frisk and gains control of all the main bosses in the original Undertale except its X!Tale except for Sans or also known as “Timeline X” but he will be called Cross in Sans and X!Chara end up merging together while near death. Underverse: Backstory before we begin, after X!Tale Cross somehow teleported to ink and ink took care of and even promised he would help him (cross was dying and he needed another half of a soul to be complete and X!Chara lost their overwrite half of their soul) Eventually Cross was longing for a soul as he would die very soon and decided to act on his own instead of believing empty promises. Therefore brings Underverse Classic!Sans, X!Chara decides to take over cross body to get sans soul and Ink tries to stop them but fails, Ink ask Sans for help and he agrees. Nightmare Sans encounters Cross and gives him the power to travel to aus at will (with the help of X!Chara) due to his hate and vengeance which leads him to UnderFell. Cross and X!Chara decide they can rebuild their AU by taking parts of other AUs. UnderFell Sans ofcourse tries to stop him but instead becomes Cross’s puppet. Ink and Classic!Sans get to Underverse and fights off cross and ink resulting in cross retreating X!Chara finally gets full control of Cross and decides to target Underswap. However Ink and UF and UT Sans go to outertale where they decide to look at the stars for a bit where they meet outertale, they spot trouble and outertale decides to sacrifice himself (he was killed by Underverse!Killer) anyway after this X!Chara causes havoc in Underswap because Ink has been captured by error and the Underverse Trio Try to stop them, X!Chara is stopped by X!Gaster because Error and Ink ended up fighting for the other piece of X!Gasters soul and Ink won and he ended up giving X!Gaster full access to the overwrite power leading him to separate X!Chara and Cross apart and Underfell and Underswap sans end up seeing memories of what their lives could’ve looked like before dying to X!Gaster. Leaving classic sans left. X!Chara and Cross are now separated and Chara will be kept an eye on. Cross enters the omega timeline for an incident that will be explained later, Epic Sans gets him happy because he was grouchy and he was offered to help dream fight off UV!Killer and Nightmare. X!Gaster fights off (Cross and X!Gaster are Connected in a way) UV!Killer loses and Nightmare Sans attempts to kill Cross and Dream but Dream uses the power of all the people in the omega timeline to reduce nightmare into a Betty noire victim. Now Cross needs to go find ink, ink has debt to pay to death but fresh force fuses with him since error is there and Fresk!Ink is born (and also dog walks error with 0 effort) and cross is deported to Aftertale due to the multiverse being destroyed by error because ink broke the truce first (this was the incident I was talking about) and ink followed cross to Aftertale. After talking with Sans and Geno for a while they get transported to somewhere, however Fatal Error is ready to kill X!Gaster (Fatal can get to X!Gaster by Cross) and Fatal ends up Nearly killing Cross and just before Fatal gets to X!Gaster X!Gaster turns Cross into Go/jo and fatal arm gets ripped off in the process and Cross then gets his clothes returned (implying he was transported to X!Gaster and will try to fight him)

In this battle: Fatal gets curious about xgaster so he kidnaps cross to take a closer look. Since cross is a creation of xgaster, and to an extent a part of xgaster, he can use him to get to xgaster. Fatal is a very determined guy, so even if they did leave he still got a copy of some of cross' code material, the bone sword thingy with the heart thingy. Somehow this mf is able to hear and speak directly to xgaster through cross, so during the fight he was like "tell that other mf to shut up and fight me" but xgaster said nah and killed cross in other to hinder Fatal Edit: Now that I think about it, he knows xgaster because the alternate timeliness are kinda connected but TLDR: Fatal and Gaster pester XGaster until he lashes out

To be fair, Ink is extremely close to running out on the vials that he drank in 0.7 part 1 so he barely has any of his Ink manipulation abilities left. The only thing he could of really done was to just try and hit Fatal with his brush.

Based on feats, fatal easily slams. Remeber that Underverse ink is always fighting error on a daily (and wins) and considering ink was getting packed up error would stand no chance + his temper tantrums (acting like a 5 year old) will only hinder him.

Gaster wanted to kill X-Gaster with Fatal Error's help. He was monologuing a distraction for Fatal Error to kill X-Gaster through Cross's Code. I'm quite positive the plan was intended to get revenge towards X-Gaster because he ruined Gaster's world (As seen in the last episode).
