Well my gpu starts to drop my core clock if my gpu hits in the 74-75 degree mark

ok so hear me out. I will be playing a game with my L340 GTX 1650 and after like 10 mins in a game my cpu clock speed goes from 4.01 to 0.79 and i get 12 fps in all games because of that. and i have no idea how to fix it

if u make undervolting ur clock speed will go down to unnoticeable number but will boost ur laptop health and shelf life, try to undust ur fans and use cooling pad, also check ur ssd health status

What is the difference in using theottle stop compared to changing the Maximum processor state to 99. I just changed mine to 99 and temp is already good i have the same model

I actually changed my laptop to another one with AMD processor which doesn't support throttle stop and I used the method of changing power plan u described and it worked too

you need to add it to task scheduler if u want it to start with windows, or u can turn it on and off every time u want

I did everything as in the video and the temperature dropped everything is fine, BUT after a few minutes a blue screen appears. Is the laptop model the same, what would you recommend?

Your laptop definately have a hardware damage or a software issue

Your undervolt is unstable, start with -100mv and decrease by 5mv and check with aida64 stabilty test for 10-15 minutes to check if your voltage is stable
