This is my favorite of the series. It's more violent, more action packed and more bloody. And it has some cool action sequences and the final fight is the best part of this movie.

Nice review! Personally, I think this one's the best in the franchise. The first two are good and the prequel, if you ask me, should have wrapped up the series. Seriously, they need to wrap the Underworld franchise up because the continuity is killing the film and the guy who played Michael actually left the franchise and Kate Beckinsale is getting typecasted and needs to be in more films!

The Underworld films aren't that bad, at least the first two aren't. I saw this at a theater and was much better than expected but you need to watch the first one otherwise you're kinda lost. I love how violent this one is too!

I remember the pacing on this one holding up better as well. I remember not wanting to see Rise of the Lycans back in the day because there was no Kate Beckinsale but Underworld Awakening actually flew under my radar as with Blood Wars, which is why I picked the movies up to begin with lol.

You know, I would have been okay with the entire film being set in the snow, because I love the action scenes in the snow! I feel like films in general between 2000-2007 had better model work than films from 2010-2017. Some Late 90's/Early 2000's films had a nice combination of model work and CGI. Films of the 2010's have way too much CGI in my opinion. Nice Review.

This one is my favorite of the series I felt the first had a better story but got boring at points were as this one kept at a good pace an embraced the monster mash feel an was alot of fun.

Awesome job on reviewing to me my#1 favorite ''Underworld'' film I loved every minute of it fast paced action cool creature EFX Kate Beckingsale I felt acting wise is on point compared to the first film Marcus is a great villain most likely I felt the best hands down in these films.I put this at #1 ''Awakening'' I put at #2 then the first film I put at #3.

i love this movie as well fan of it as well my brother back then always watch's this over, Kate Beckinsale sexy leather suit outfit sexy tight ass. i always loved this leather sexy franchise this sequel is always great i had a lot of fun with it a lot more then first one can't wait for 3rd RANT and 4 and 5 RANT i like the 5th movie good review Matt can't wait for your George O Romeo films

I would say the Underworld films are more liked in general then Resident evil.Each Under World film has a descent to ok imdb score.Resident evil later sequels all have bad scores.

Good review. I hated this film I thought it was worse than the first one. The first movie wasn't a classic it had issues but I still was entertained by it and thought it was decent I liked the style of it the cast and the story and world building with action. Underworld evolution I hate cause it's story is confusing and is hard to follow,the new actors and characters suck and are dull. I don't care for the setting it's boring. It's less about vampires vs werewolves which I'm not a fan of. It felt like a film that was just all about action with zero substance. The first film had something to it and showed potential and I think the sequel here wasted it.
