After another disappointing ending to their season, the Los Angeles Lakers are reportedly expected to dismiss Head Coach Darvin Ham after two seasons. Their next hire would be their third head coach in five seasons. The Lakers are reportedly eyeing LA Clippers Head Coach Ty Lue and JJ Redick, who co-hosts the 'Mind The Game' podcast with LeBron James. Skip Bayless, Paul Pierce and Keyshawn Johnson react to the report, then discuss who the purple and gold should hire as their next head coach.

Palinka should be fired but ham had a good enough roster to win Dinwiddie and Gabe Vincent both played great everywhere they played but with the Lakers and woods also that's because darvin ham system was bad so that's proof his coaching was bad the Lakers roster was actually way better than the results they could've got a ring a tough ring or at least been way more competitive just on the backs of AD and LeBron alone with a better coach

@@isabelroxana2127 You do realize when your coaching Lebron there are many instances where he is probably reluctant to call time outs. The roster has very little depth and wing defenders so I do not blame the coach. I am a Celtic fan and have issues with Joe Mazzulas late game execution and calling timeouts in moments where the team clearly needs one. Lebron does this to every coach he plays for, he did this to Spo in Miami, Mike brown, Frank vogul, damn near everyone so I feel Ham will show his value in the future with another team.

Ok, let’s blame the coach and not the players for showing up. Jesus Christ himself could come and coach the Lakers and they still wouldn’t win a damn title. Lakers fans make me sick. AD is soft, and Bron is old. DLo playes like he is at his local YMCA. But yet, its somehow ALWAYS the coaches fault when it comes to Lebron and his failures
@sammcdermott78

@@shoishoi14 How is this LeBron's failure? He played very well, and so did AD especially as the best player but AD dwindled heavily in the 4th. I understand the criticism of Russell who was far too inconsistent and the bench was not that good, but Ham definitely has a lot of the blame.

@@shoishoi14 Lebron was breaking records with his PPG. And AD is probably the second best big in the league right now. If the coach was actually good, he would be able to use a player that is in the GOAT conversation, one of the best bigs in the league to win games against a team that was performing terribly. But instead there was a massive choke job and absolutely no defense. You know a properly coached team doesn't have the performances the Lakers had right? Where they go up 20, and then lose the game because they stopped playing?

Because this is the Lebron cycle. If Lebron doesn't win, it's always the coaches fault. Even if he already won one with the coach already. Remember Lebron wanted Spo fired but Pat Riley told him no and now 10 years later Spo is one of the best coaches in the NBA...
