No skip, there is no Quarterback controversy. Carson wentz is the future of our franchise, he lead us to 11-1 and put us in the position to get the bye week in the first place, which helped us out tremendously. It's like Foles was the QB throwing to wide open receivers all game and not Brady. Philly's D was awful in the game outside of a few plays, while the Pat's was actually half decent in comparison. Basketball is 5 on 5 while football is 22 on 22 (Offense 11, Defense 11 and I'm not going to count special teams into this). Because of this, it's a LOT harder for one player to completely carry the team in football than compared to basketball. Football is the ultimate team sport because there are 3 phases of the game: offense, defense, special teams. Everybody seems to forget that the Eagles had a tough game against Atlanta and then absolutely destroyed the #1 defense against Minny. The Pats squeaked through both of their games, both against teams that likely would not have made the post season had they been NFC teams. The best team won, period.
