This needs to be passed on to the team.It’s a message from above someone please pass it on👏🏾 .🙌🏽Coach Prime.✊🏾.Hey guys what happened, happened.Let it go. That’s in the PAST. What I saw and I watched film and played at a high level was. Defeat. The young men was put in a position where as the enemy We know who that is not Oregon or their coach but the actual enemy. These guys ALL WORKED TOGETHER. And Coach Prime stood firm. God’s word is Powerful and because Coach Prime got up there and said “ Do you Believe Now”? The media and the enemy took that Personal. To defeat the Spirit of the Team to Defeat the Passion these kids have. [Youre not grown until you’re 25] To have the spotlight on Him and the program instead of the other schools. People just HATE that HATE comes from evil. What He did was take a bunch of kids who can play but nobody would give them the chance. Same as Miami when they made noise in college football. I send this message to them. The Buffs. You stopped Believing. What you did was let emotions not the media not the opponent but emotions override your abilities. If you didn’t hear Travis win they beat TCU well Defeated TCU😌 He said God did! Right after Coach Prime. He said God did this. God is why we Believe. Coach asked them what does Believe mean? They all answered good. But it’s I believe God does things for a REASON! You guys was away that shouldn’t put you out of the Top 25!? The Refs was cheating! I know the game. You lost because you stopped Believing and Depended on your own Understanding when you just Kids playing a game that men bet on. Really Listen to your Coach who Believes in you when Others Didn’t.

Deion Sanders coached Pop Warner football for free, then he coached high school football for free, then he went to Jackson State University and it actually cost him more to coach there then they paid him, and now he’s coaching in Colorado. If you only look at where he’s at now then you don’t look at where it took for him to get there. He was a Hall of Fame retired professional football player and he was a retired professional baseball player who was coaching Pop Warner football. That takes a lot of humility, but because he humbled his self God exalted Deion

Yep, he's earned the right to be where he has gotten to in the coaching ranks. Question is, will he be able to keep it. Because early returns on his recruiting class for 2024 say he will not. If he doesn't sign a 5* qb or 4* at the minimum in this class he's toast. And so far? He's only got 8 commits.. Every other major program in the SEC or BIG has their 20-25 and the lowest they have are a few 3* guys. You're watching something they call in business the 'Peter principle'. You do a job well and get promoted. You do the next job well and get promoted again. Finally you get promoted to a job you cannot do and there you stay. Proomoted to your level of incompetency. If Prime doesn't start landing top recruits, and newsflash, there are no more of those left... he's all talk and no cattle.

Dude Colorado got steamed rolled. It has nothing to do with all the noise they are speaking. Oregons line, on both sides, absolutely killed Colorado. That's the difference between a d1 recruited line and a bunch of fill-in players. Like Prime said. He still needs about 8 or 9 Dawgs. They have the skill positions covered. Everyone wants to be a qb or rb or receiver. Tons of those out there. But not a lot of top-level d1 linemen out there. Until Colorado plugs those spots, they won't be top contenders.

Many who judge him could not last one day in the hood, it takes a dynamic person who can talk to the streets and then turn around talk to a board room. Name another coach in college football coach who has that skill. What scares the masses is how easily he glides throughs all segments of America. Most of the college coaches know they have not and will not take the time to spend in inner cities to make genuine connections and understand their players real struggle. There are many people who are skilled like Deon meaning they can easily navigate through both worlds and make a connection to make a change but not getting a chance. It’s no secret that black people, black men specifically, are the culture movers. While I also don’t believe it’s racism, I think there’s a bunch of coaches who just can’t relate to the culture of black male athletes and coach prime can. In fact, he’s the guy that created the culture we see from players today, so he’s getting attention, he’s getting the commercials etc and there’s jealousy toward that aspect of him having something that the typical coach couldn’t dream of having. If they tried they’d just look corny. But that’s where some see it as a hate against the fact that he is him, the leader of the football player culture. Opps players literally copy Deions style & don’t even know it, but the coaches know it & the coaches can’t stand it.

People are not jealous and they don’t care that he’s black. They care that he has proven nothing and people talk like he’s the greatest college football coach ever. I love deon but he’s overhyped because he’s black. To much of an emphasis on the color of the head coaches skin in sports right now and we think black coaches can do no wrong. Deon could lose every single game from here on out and we would still talk about how great of a coach he is, I get why people take that personally.
@eleashaeatman Жыл бұрын
@@brennancondon3357 I didn't even mention anything about color in my comment, however, I do believe that some of his criticism comes from the fact that he's a black man rising. You say he hasn't proven anything, but that statement holds no weight. Everyone who has played with Deion, biologically related to Deion, worked with and for Deion, current employer of Deion, and also now plays for Deion has and will counteract that statement and in reality, they are the only people Deion truly has to prove anything to. Your perception says he's overhyped because he's black, mine says that as a man he's brought about an awakening, not only college football, but to players, mothers, fathers, recruiters, fans, journalist, etc., which has been motivating to millions around the world. As I've seen for years, Deon holds himself accountable first, so in that vein, it doesn't matter who thinks black coaches can do no wrong. When a man, especially a black man sets a standard for himself, his character and his integrity, they can stand on it with all ten toes, no matter the fallout. I think that's where most people get Deion twisted. It's not ALL about the win, the destination, or an end goal. He is changing lives on their way to the win, showing these players how to think strategically, not only about the win, but also about everything that comes before, in the midst, and after the wins and/or defeats. That alone makes him one of the greatest coaches ever, who just happens to be black! I get why they take it personally as well, but Deion shouldn't have to sit down for any of them to stand up! Everyone who feels the way you do or worse can learn from Deion, especially the ones who have access to him. Instead of hating on him, study him, reach out to learn from him, or keep hating. Either way, it's happening!

People dont seem to get what is going on. Think about bowl games/playoffs. What do they average in ratings? Why are ratings important? Exposure for the players, money for the school. Prime is already rich. So the money isnt really a concern for him. Hes focused on getting kids to the next level. As pose to legacy schools are focused on making money for their program. Imagine getting a full season of exposure to nfl scouts versus just the playoffs. Opposing coaches are mad because they know none of their programs can compete with those type of numbers and exposure for their players all season. They also know if players notice, they gonna leave and go play for him. (Which is alreasy starting). So I dont think its a matter of race, i think its a matter of 1 guy finding his own code that cracked the algorithm the other programs all played in. And guess what...he did the same thing as a player. Found his own lane.

Good points, but far as Deon being rich, we're thinking about money from our perspective. Deion is worth 50 million. Tom Brady is worth 500 million. Big difference. Deion is out here trying to run with the big boys. Financially, he's not there yet. This man is setting a course to perhaps a billion someday. In this day and age 50 million for a man with his potential is just a start, chump change to LeBron and MJ. Deion is such an icon, there is no reason he can not reach those levels though.

@@cliftonharmon2403 True, i was just going off his words about money. But you are probably right about chasing a billion. I think hes more focused on his sons success than anything else.

Why are we even still surprised by any of this!! It’s America People!! We will always have issues and undertones of race, it’s built into our very fabric.

Because race baiters like Deion love playing the victim and bring it up 24/7 to justify them acting like children

I’m confused Deion is getting hated on because he’s black. It’s that all

@@guccihead9653 Not the only reason at all… This is why I said undertones… There are many who are threatened by Deion, some has to do with his race, but not all of it. But a great example would be how a lot of people complaining about Deion being arrogant and talking too much also vote trump… One doesn’t have to be a genius to see the double standard there… trump and his constant bragging about being the greatest and the chosen one is okay but Deion needs to humble himself!!?? If you feel like double standards for the races don’t exist then you are lying to yourself because the rest of us ain’t buying it 🥴

I do feel like when you take into account Deions legendary status as a HOFer & his coaching for quite some time now, he has laid the groundwork necessary to receive the acclaim he has . However it’s his star power or coolness that the others resent, most of the kids he will be recruiting soon, their fathers were @ an age were they got to witness coach prime , in his prime. He was a fascinating athlete, kind of like the Allen Iverson effect, so him sitting in a kid’s living room bears enough weight from family to persuade a kid to sign with him .
