As a rockets fan, i'm grateful for Harden putting this team back into contention after the Mcgrady and Yao era ended. But his ways were not changing for whomever comes to the Rockets, and it will continue to be that way for the rest of his career until he is no longer able to keep it up and have to change his role like Carmleo Anthony. When he had a lineup with Dwight, Lin Parsons, and Beverly he didn't want to help elevate that team but rather pushed everyone away, basically saying "get out of my way, its me time and nobody else". Yea cause it’s a completely different situation, Houston has given James harden good teams that can win a championship but he can’t close out a playoff game, Anthony Davis was expected to make the pelicans a good team with the organization making bad moves and signing bad contracts, Houston made every move that James harden wanted and built an entire offence that allows him to get big numbers, he has no reason to want out other then simply wanting out lol, play the contract out then leave or suit up
