At one metre above the ground, solid-fuel braking engines mounted behind the heat shield are fired to give a soft landing, slowing the capsule to 5kmh. That big cloud of dust is caused by those engines cushioning the blow rather than the hard impact of the craft.

It goes really fast on parachute untill it is just a few meters above the ground, then solid fuel engines under the capsule finally slows it down right above the surface You can see the clouds of smoke and dust being blown away by these engines in the last second before touching ground I hope I explained it correctly) 🇷🇺
