A grand entrance!! Stone/Stucco w. large entrance door!! Love the spacious dining Rm., w exposed beams!! Of course I love the great Rm. with large window exposure to patio!! Marvelous kitchen/beautiful island!! Huge primary BdR with beautifully unique wood beams, leading to a fabulous master bathroom, and overwhelming walk-in closet❤ !!! Overwhelming 2nd story balcony!! I love that little landing area sitting space! I wonder when builders will stop interrupting Island space with a sink? In a home with this amount of square footage, you'd think they could find a few feet to put it instead of on the island. Just a pet peeve of mine (along with having to go through a bathroom to access a closet).

@@housetoursinternational we had our house built in 1989. the original plan called for the primary closet to be accessed through the bathroom. I studied the plans and showed my builder a simple adjustment that would put access just outside the bathroom door, and in doing so, it made room for an extra linen closet. I wish I had a stand-alone kitchen island, but we do have a large peninsula instead. I was able to keep the sink off that area and give us a 4x7foot stretch of counter space with room for seating.

Beautiful home ❤the dark kitchen cabinets and dark vanity cabinets in bathrooms ❤Great Room & primary bedroom I just wonder why do mostly all builders put laundry rooms on the main floor Because when you wash & dry you still have to carry your items upstairs But if the laundry area was already upstairs wouldn't have that problem to worry about😊 Just something I always see in these homes unless it's a 1 story Thanks for video

If built well, home foundations are concrete slabs which are naturally more water-resistant. Keeping the laundry on the lowest level means no drywall damage or upstairs floor damage from an accidental drain hose displacement which creates a big mess and quick saturation! Also, Laundry units are awful heavy and awkward to get up and down the stairs.
