Very clean lines and unassuming ❤ I would IMMEDIATELY replace the glass front door with a SOLID WOOD DOOR 🚪 👌 The corridor width hallways and passages are a true elegance in a home that will stand the test of time.

Hi Marcus..beautiful home. What strikes me is that the kitchen appears so closed in with no natural light and no windows...actually don't think I have ever seen a windowless kitchen in your beautiful homes.

Beautiful/Eloquent inside and out. Love the contemporary style. Breathtaking entrance/foyer. Interesting is the tributaries of left/right hallways and rooms from foyer area before you get to the premier room. Primary Closet!!!! You mean ‘primary clothes vaults’!!WOW love it❤❤ Wonderful kitchen and LR. Master BdR/ Bath outstanding!! Top notch staging throughout! A massive house. Congrats to the buyer! Great tour. Great tour Marcus. The floors aren’t great. They look patchy and orange…. The inset cabinets are GORGEOUS! I wish they had used hidden hinges on all the doors so they weren’t visible….. the French doors in the primary should have been taller to match the height of the windows…. The bathrooms are lovely although the primary bath should have had a shower wand at each end. The great room is spectacular. Love it!

Greetings, great showing/presentation, thanks for posting. It's a keeper...I love it from the moment you enter...I love how you can see the great room as you enter, and the long/wide corridor as you approach. I think the study could be larger & there should be a room to the right of the entry. I don't like the powder room right outside of the primary bedroom (The primary should be off to itself, but I love the primary & all that it offers. A sitting room is a must at this price point, but I think there needs to be an entry directly from the primary. The wardrobe is a NICE touch at this price point and damn sure large enough for 2. Great tour, and one of the best showings I've seen hands down.😊

I think I can tolerate the windowless kitchen after seeing the Conservatory/Great Room. I would make the connecting covered porch an actual glassed-in conservatory with the same windows as in the Great Room. This room does it for me because I'm a plant lady; forget the rest of the tour 💓.

Things I liked: great finishes from tiles and flooring selection, colors contrast, hardware, white oak wood cabinets, large master bath, The unique floor plan, a secondary kitchen space, privacy to the living from the front of the home, it didn’t feel too trendy and generic. Things I didn’t like: a first floor master, some spaces seem like a waste of space, no windows or floating shelf’s in the kitchen( it felt boxy), no glass doors or open shelf’s in master closet. And lastly the abusive over use of the word FOLKS! 😩🤣😂. I felt like I was on of those bus tours for tourists where your pointing out attractions in the city. Good job otherwise..I’m just busting your chops. Have a goodnight Folks😂

Thank you Marcus! The house is nice, but it's not one of my favorites. The home seemed sterile, especially the upstairs and its bathrooms. It doesn't seem warm and cozy. It reminded me of a Smithsonian of sorts. I'm not sure if it was the way it was staged or the overall peculiarity of the house. I'm sure there are plenty who love it, though 👍🏾

I don't want to write again that builders and crooks are synonyms. But it is so. For 5 million, the developer puts in the cheapest interior doors, plumbing like in a house for half a million. He made a terrace in the main bedroom, but barricaded the view of the forest with a fireplace. The kitchen is large and beautiful, but without a single window. The light should be on there all the time. The bedrooms, except for the main one, and the bathrooms are quite modest in size. The kitchen on the second floor also has no windows. And there was not enough money for a pool.
