Hey Smithy 🫶🏻 Thank you for this wonderful and detailed video as always it is a joy to see your excitement 😊 I just wanted to say, that upon your recommendation I had ordered the rerelease of It’s Bel’s “break the rules” and “flare remixed” as the “besties” bundle as soon as it was out. I also ordered just one and gave all the details and payment was collected from my account already. I had also received a confirmation email… and now I received a cancellation email, no reason given as to why and at the same time an email that my payment was refunded already… I am sooo upset, that they just canceled my already confirmed and paid order!!!! I was so looking forward to trying It’s Bel… and now I am just feeling sad and angry. And of course the bundle is long gone 😞 And honestly I don’t know if after this experience I would ever want to buy from them again. I just thought you should know. @@SMITHYSONY Thank you dear 🫶🏻 Yes it was a preorder… I didn’t know about them closing. In that case I am glad to have my money back! But why would you do a rerelease/ preorder and then close down the business… I mean didn’t they kind of know their circumstances in advance? 🤷‍♀️

@@SMITHYSONY yes, we will never know what someone else is having to go through or to face… it would just have been nice to receive an email explaining the reason and not just a generic one saying your order has been canceled. I must have been surely not the only one, they could have adjusted the email and sent it out, now I’m sure they are having quite a few people sending them email directly that they will have to sort through. Not very well thought through and managed on their part for the customers as well as for them.
