The walmart I work at just put bakugan on sale. Walmarts cycle their merchandise about the same time just depending if they have a worker to do it. Theres a chance the Walmart you shop at could have some on sale. I know it's not related to the video but idk how else to let you know 😅

@botanicalchaos
@botanicalchaos 2 жыл бұрын
Flytraps get sunburned when they’re not used to having lots of light. The leaves will look super ugly until they die off. New leaves will come though but it will take some time.

Hi Johnny! We talked a while back, loved the vid! My pitcher plant is doing well, and I bought some seeds off Amazon of a nepenthes. I just sprinkled the seeds right onto the top soil after doing minimal research, though I felt kinda worried about that method. It’s been about a week and I’m not seeing anything, also there was lots of rain and I’m worried they were either drowned or eaten by snails (I spotted a few on my pepper plants). Any suggestions on what I’ve got so far? Have I accidentally wasted $9.99 on nepenthes seeds only to kill em?
@botanicalchaos
@botanicalchaos 3 жыл бұрын
You probably just wasted money. Even if the seeds germinate, they’re probably grass. Ordering seeds on Amazon is a no go because it’s most likely a scam.

Do u prefer sphagnum or peat?
@botanicalchaos
@botanicalchaos 3 жыл бұрын
They both have pros and cons. I prefer peat for my outdoor plants because it’s cheaper and lasts longer, but you’ll need perite for optimal drainage. Sphagnum holds water better, drains better, and just looks nice. The problem is that it doesn’t last very long and it’s way more expensive.

@@botanicalchaos its a basic rule to have a ppm lower than 50 for most of the hobbyist but in peatmoss mpstly its almost 200 or more and i assume peat users dosent flash their media since it is in water tray. Do you think that the ppm requirement is unnecessary?
@botanicalchaos
@botanicalchaos 3 жыл бұрын
@@happygreen3613 in some ways, yes. I’ve been using tap water with ppm nearly 200 for eight years. I feel like it’s not the ppm, it’s whatever specific mineral or chemical that’s in the water.
