I realize now I didn’t really to much into the mucus plug thing 😂 SQUIRREL!! So mine has been coming out over the past couple of days. It’s not like discharge bc it’s more jelly like and a membrane as opposed to a thick liquid or thin liquid. Kinda like a jelly fish or egg white?!

My mucus plug came out a week before giving birth. I was 4 days over due and My water never broke. They had to break it at the hospital. And after giving birth I could not walk for 6 weeks because I cut my femoral nerve. Truly insane how child birth is. Good luck to you ❤️

You look great! I don’t know if I’ve missed your spills on what your having but because you look so beautiful I believe your having a boy. I have 2 babies, labor was intense with my first. Got scared into a c-section and my son was next and it was a scheduled birth. The nurses I had with my daughter were honestly the worst. No one helped me or guided me. But with my son I had the best nurse and she took care of me so well. I pray you have a safe delivery and can’t wait to see the new addition to the family! I’ve seen Harlow grow up and she is living her best life. Your an amazing mom!

I am 29wks with my first baby and I’ve been shocked how useless OB appointments have been. $20 for the NP to listen to baby’s heart and ask if I have any questions and then when I do they give me the shortest right out of the medical book answer they’ve got. AND when I asked if I really needed to be coming in for those they told me yes or my insurance can drop me, cool cool cool. They’re also making me go to a high risk OB because I’m 36 and have a heart condition (nothing crazy) and that’s where they’ve been doing my ultrasounds but I don’t seem to learn a whole lot from them either. Just another cog in the machine. Can’t wait to see your newest addition!

I lost the mucous plug the day of the night I went into labour. Felt like I was having period cramps most of the day. I didn’t want to do much. Lost mucous plug around 3pm that day. Cramping got gradually worse until about 1am. Went to hospital at 2am and was in early labour. I started progressing faster then they expected but my sons heart rate kept dropping bad with my contractions. I ended up having my water broke and having a C-section at 9am the next morning. For both of my babies I lost my mucous plug 2 days before my water broke. With the first my water broke and I had him 3.5 hours later. With my second my water broke in a huge gush, then stopped, and my labor didn’t start for 2 more days. Baby and I were all good.

My plug was slowly coming out for about a week before my due date, but I was dilated and ready for more then a month, I tried EVERYTHING in the books to induce, it was also my second baby. I finally agreed to have my water broken a week and 3 days past my due date. Ya, there may be signs, but unfortunately, I wouldn't count on it meaning the baby is coming.

My first baby came 3 weeks early and my second baby came 2 weeks early. However… my second I showed up 7cm dilated and my labor was way shorter. My delivery video is less than a minute long from getting ready to push to baby. He came QUICK. Good luck to you and your fam! 🎉

So I was a day over due and me and my husband went out for a walk at like 8:30pm (in the summer) we were out like 20 minutes and just coming back to the house. My waters broke right outside my front door, thankfully not in the house! 😂 22 hours later I had my son. Was only the last 3 hours that I had strong labour pains. Had no mucus plug come out with either child. First bub I had a low back ache when I woke at 6am, I didn't pay much attention. It was her due date. Went back to sleep. Woke up feeling no pain. A few hours later I had contraction number one, I of course decided I needed to cut my husband hair, and get extensions put in mine.... I'm contacting every 3 minutes straight up. My mum is a midwife and was to come said I would be hours yet, maybe not even until the next day. About an hour later I was on the phone telling GET HERE NOW . Contractions were lucky to be 30 seconds between. Got to hospital, was 5cm. Stood in shower, Waters broke in there, mum got to the point of you might want to move to the bed... got to the side of it and my midwife walks in for first time since checking me in. Days of my good what are you doing, I don't have gloves on! Dad get ready to catch! Thankfully he did. While Labor from first contraction was approx 6 hours. Second bib, 5 days over, I had a contraction at 11.30am, called my mum and said get here please (this time she listened LOL) I almost had my nub en caul, but my back seized and midwife said breaking waters would have it happen faster, so they broke my water, we got to listen to the sound of it trickling down a plug hole in the floor for ages. They said they were going to need to put monitoring equipment on her as there was meconium but I then pushed twice and she was out. This labour lasted 5 hours. One was born at 4.27pm, the other at 4.47pm. When I looked at pics neither baby looked like they had dropped, one photo I even took in labour. So yeah I really didn't have anything other than a contraction to know I was in labour.

My water never broke with either son. One was 3 weeks late at 8 lb 1 oz (they just let you go back then ) he will be 47 August 25th. Second son was 10 lb 3 ounces complete natural born 4 hours after I got to hospital. He was 10 days late. But I was dilated 2 centimeters for right at a month. He was born Dec. 30th. Lost plug with first son as soon as I went into labor. Never lost it with 2nd son. They were born 3 years and 4 months apart. Blessings

My son was born at 28 weeks,so I didn't have the chance to lose my mucus plug. I had to have an emergency c-section because he was breeched. He was in the NICU for almost 3 months! It was a really scary experience,we didn't know if he was going to make it. He's now 13 years old and taller than me and I'm 5'9. When he was born he weighed 1lb and was 14 inches long.

For me my first two came right on their due date. With my daughter (my first) my water just broke. With my son (my second) my mucus plug came out and I decided to go into the hospital just to get checked out. Once checked out they discharged me and right as I got down the stairs while leaving the hospital, my water broke 😂 I think it’s different for everyone. My labour wasn’t the norm i’m afraid as my waters broke at 34weeks. I stayed in hospital for a few days being monitored and having steroids and antibiotics. They sent me home as no signs of labour and literally as I got home contractions happened so I went straight back to hospital. I was exhausted as didn’t sleep in hospital, but the labour was very quick (went for cervix closed to head coming out in less that 45mins), but my god it was painful as the contractions were intense!! Birth went fine, no drugs at all (as no time), but had to stay in hospital a few weeks due to being prem :).

My mucus plug started coming out right at 40 weeks. I was supposed to go in the next day to be induced but they weren’t able to get me in that day. So the following night, 40 weeks + 2 days, I went in for induction. They monitored me for an hour and apparently I was having consistent contractions and I was already 2cm. My induction process went fairly quickly, for it being my first pregnancy. I was in labor for about 13 hours.

Assuming my plug came out when my water broke - it broke in the middle of the night 2 weeks early. First sign of labor for me 😂. Little booger was doing somersaults and actually flipped and they think that’s what broke my water - didn’t know he was breech until I started feeling pressure. Emergency c-section. This is 1000% the truth..... i had no idea what a mucus plug was, even after having 2 brats, until my best friend was pregnant in the 90's!! I was a whole 16 when i had my son, completely alone at the hospital. Just too much to get into. There was a beautiful nurse that stayed by my side through her shift and the next 2 shifts. She stayed with me and held my hand and rocked me in her arms for 24 hrs!!!! She even went with me to the delivery room and was the first person to hold my baby boy who is now 41 and the love of my life. The labor and delivery were probably the most excruciating thing ive ever endured. It was worth every second. 2 yrs later i had my demon daughter. Labor and delivery were a breeze. She was not!!! It's odd, my son was so painful and long but he was the best little baby. I squirted my daughter out in about an hour and she was an awful baby😂😂😂 I hope your little bambino makes a smooth entrance and that your hooha doesn't suffer too much😂😂❤❤❤❤

My plug came out the day I went into labor the morning of actually the first time I went straight to the hospital but they sent me home and I went back that night and had baby next day. The second time it happened again but I knew not to go to hospital but I went into labor that night my water broke at my sister's house and I had no idea I felt it but I wasn't sure what it was since they popped at the hospital with my first. So that was crazy. But I lost my plug with both and went into labor same day.

My water broke also (that’s what I thought) I went to my doctor and he said all is still good send me home told me the fluid is ok still. I was in labor for 2 days but no contraction but I felt like I need to 💩💩💩 ones contraction came it went so fast. I almost gave birth in the hospital parking lot. It took exactly 1.5 hour from first contraction to my baby boy being born. So so fast!

Water broke at 37 and 1 day waking up for work in bed. (Super fun laundry for my boyfriend's mom). Doctor told me because it was still late pre-term to get admitted. In hindsight I wish I would have labored at home for a while before going in. My contractions weren't getting stronger by 10 hours at 2 cm so I was put on pitocin and I dilated to a 9 within an hour. 😅 All together 11 hours from water breaking to birth. I want to try to go without pitocin this time. I had no epidural. Hurt really bad, but hundred percent worth it because I didn't tear at all.

I was almost 2 weeks overdue on 1st kiddo..then went into be induced..and even after everything and docs breaking my water...i wouldnt dilate past a 4. so c-section it was 🫤..she was just stubborn & not ready.. 2nd was scheduled c-section on a friday..that weds afternoon i thought i was going into labor..like holy shit bracing the walls labor pains.. call doc office..said its just braxton hicks..FF to friday morning..couldnt wait to get to the hospital...literally threw the hospital bag and the hubby in the back seat & sped all the way there..once i got my room and was changing..went to pee..got up and i felt like i pissed myself..and i know damn well i wiped good..walked back to the bed and was 'trickling'. asked the nurse..'umm..you think my water is breaking'.. she said no..i would have gushed if i did..was like..hmm ok 🙄.. bout an hr & a half later..went into OR and removed her..all i remember hearing them say was "big head & that she pooped her sac" lol..

I've had 4 kids, no mucus plug, no broken water the doctor had to break my water with all 4. Now with that being said I was induced with 3 of them. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Belly does look lower! I was induced with my first. But my second I had naturally and he was a week late. Its so unpredictable! I hope its soon for you since you seem to be ready lol

I never lost my mucous plug (on my own lol), my water never broke (by itself), I literally had a failed induction and didn’t dilate a single centimeter until I had an epidural 😂😂 that was my one and only babe I’ve had so far and he was born at 41 weeks. I always wonder how it would go with a second baby lol

Oh yes, it looked like the baby has definitely dropped. Im gonna guess 8-26 but something is telling me 8-28. Maybe because it ryhmes, lol. My first, i was 2 weeks overdue and had to be induced, his heart rate kept dropping and had an emergency csection. The whole process leading up to that was very traumatic! So with my next two i opted for scheduled csections. My second, my water broke 2 days before i was scheduled so that was crazy. I was having a lot of braxton hicks a few days before that. No puss plug though. Then my third another scheduled csection. My son is 21 and my girls are 5 and 6. I have all July babies. 7-1, 7-15, 7-17. My girls are 1 year and 2 days apart. Everyone asks if they're twins and ive gotten tired of explaining so i just say yes, 😆. I have to dress them the same because if one has something, the other has to have the same. Prayers for a smooth, happy, and healthy delivery for both you and baby! Can't wait to see how beautiful little Miss Harlow reacts ❤

1• I have had 5 children and never had prenatal care until my 5th (idk... I just didn't lol) and I can tell you... Unless you're actually at risk... It's a waste. So don't feel weird about not going till now. 2• my first 4 kiddos... I would lose my p*ssy loogie 😂 then my water would break within hours... Then BOOM baby... And I mean all natural... because there is never time for meds... SHOOT RIGHT OUTTA THERE 😂 BOOM. BABY. THIS LAST ONE... NO MA'AM 😂 I lost my plug like a week before I had her... I was 41weeks and over it... Took primrose capsules... Went into labor less than 24hrs later. 😅 never again... I think.
