So, I've had years in corporate. There is a lot of political bs (usually caused by women, but that's a whole nutha story...), BUT, in terms of actual layoffs, minority women are RARELY laid off. They will toss a minority man on the streets with a quickness, but if you're a minority woman, you can have a corporate job for life (with very little actual work being done). Trust. However, stank is stank, and if she was acting stank and insubordinate, they will fire for that.
