Solar Backup Part1. EG4 Off Grid Inverter

Thats a good inverter brother... There server rack batteries are awesome too been off grid for 11years i bought the 6000xp last year fixing to sell my 24 v outback with 24v eg4 server rack batteriers moving up to 48v..... Keep it up brother

It's a great step up from what I had. I'm looking at 2 6000xp for the trailer but didn't have the money for them this year. I bought 2 Vatrer 48 volt server rack batteries on black Friday. I wanted EG4 batteries but decided I don't need communications now and got the Vatrer batteries 10kw total delivered for under $1800. 2EG4s were over $800 more with shipping. Hopefully I can add the other freezer and refrigerator with 6 more panels. I didn’t realize how much power the inverters draw when there's no solar for 4 days. Looks like there's no payback for solar in my area with the storage requirements. It's a good feeling to know we could survive without grid power comfortably now. Thanks for watching.
