We protect our culture and history. We are neither racist nor xenophobic, we like foreign tourists or refugees if we respect our culture. I'm just back from a holiday there. I must say the people in general are kind and helpfull and indeed a very nice landscape and buildings. The roads in general are good, in the countryside they are a bit worse, but still not bad. And the prices of food and drink are still pretty cheap. The landscape in the north is much different than in the south ( more greener and many small lakes ).
