Just discovered these guys earlier this year, around spring. This album has been my main source of motivation completing my final year of my computer engineering degree. Nothing makes me want to get shit done (from a future-building perspective) like frost into hail, or awaken, plenitude, or finale on their own. Insane album

In days of poor music and music videos, i think Uneven Structure settled us listeners for a real journey. Makes you wonder what does everything means from the red blanket to the pentagon opening. From the frost it emmerges a whole bunch of details that makes such heavy music a beautiful starting point for inspiration in our daily lives. Uneven Structure is being artistic and beautiful. When i´ve introduced them to a friend he said: "How can it be this heavy and wonderful?". All the best!

2:36 is the absolute sickest breakdown and visual accompaniment I've ever seen in a music video. His screaming is awesome, his ambient voice is kind of nasally, but still a great band.

Totally agree. The modern progressive metal bands (for lack of a better term) are making some amazing music these days. It's like a fusion of jazz, ambient electronics, King Crimson style soundscapes and metal riffing all in the same tasty stew. I know a lot of people bemoan the state of modern music, but really there's never been a better time. There is literally something for everyone out there and this stuff is right up my alley.

...gray landscape filled with pitch black clouds All heat has gone sensing frost (Frost, surrounding everything, freezing it) Trapped into thy consciousness A flawless void pours into the indefinite shell Extinguishing the inner discomfort, drowning it And wiping the haze out of these glass bulwarks Emptiness of everything magnifies thy sensitivity As the pain slowly resorbs and lets the channels free Motionless ashes structures the horizon Mentally building an uneven grid Polygonal nests modeling brightless patterns The only visible waypoints giving a comprehension An understanding of the depth of this non energy The subconscious strings can be felt now Controlling the actions as a puppet master This manikin state avoids me to make mistakes Every little stimulation reproduces an ersatz of freewill Informations runs through these freshly born pits of senses The revigorating effect buries the verity of the context Now the assimilation (is done), host of an education
