I remember back in 2011, in September, I went to the Watertown Best Buy and they had a Halloween display that was literally 10 rows deep. I bought Dead Girl, Mafic, Inn Keepers, The Hills Have Eyes 2,, Human Centipede, et al. That was the one time they swung for the fences. He sometimes does episodes from a Maine/New Hampshire based franchise called Bull Moose. The one he goes to is the one I go to. They stay open until 12:30 AM on Monday nights so customers can buy the titles being released the next day. They also carry all the "Boutique" titles including Vinegar Syndrome titles at $19.97 each and when you buy them in store you pay no sales tax because New Hampshire doesn't have one. My Best Buy in Watertown, Massachusetts was great in 2011 but sucks now just like our Walmart in Framingham, Massachusetts sucks because I've been to over 20 Walmart in Massachusetts and Texas combined. And the one in Framingham is the only one that doesn't have a $7.88 Blu Ray bin. They have a $5 DVD bin and a $3.77 DVD bin. Places like Best Buy and Target are trying to get rid of their physical media departments and they will pay a heavy price for it. They will try to be something else, such as Target will try to be another Home Goods and Best Buy will try to sell only televisions, cell phones and cell phone supplies. With that, Best Buy's foot traffic will taper off and they'll try to go strictly online and then get swallowed up by that Disney Corporation of the digital world, Amazon. I believe streaming will fizzle out eventually because there are so many streaming sites and the cost per month will be more than cable. Last year, during the pandemic, Netflix users discovered that the emperor had no clothes and got sick of it very quickly. Even Disney+ only catered to the kids of the 90s crowd so all that live action with Kurt Russell, Tommy Kirk, Hayley Mills, Dean Jones, with a few exceptions, left the platform so anyone over 40 couldn't care less.

my scream steelbook came in the mail last week, not a massive mad max fan so i dont need any of the 4k's this week just not my type of movie lol, my store had the suicide squad steelbook so i grabbed that, and i pre ordered shang chi and venom let there be carnage to keep up with my marvel steelbooks.

I got three new movies over the weekend I haven't watched them yet but I'll let you know what I thought of them when I watch them. The first one I got is one that will make you happy I actually the Target exclusive steelbook of the movie 31. I'm going to disappoint you when I say this but this is only the third steelbook that I own I have steelbooks of Tremors and Underworld hopefully I can collect more steelbooks for other horror movies that are out. The other one I got was a collector's edition Blu-ray of the first Candyman which I found at Best Buy sadly without the slipcover. I've never seen any of the Candyman movies so now I have to find the other ones before the new one comes out on Blu-ray. The last one I got is actually not a horror movie but I still wanted to watch it and I meant to see it in theaters but the day I got the chance to see this movie I opted to see Spiral:Saw in theaters I'm talking about the new Mortal Kombat movie. I wanted to get the steelbook of the movie at Best Buy but no Best Buy that I went to had it in stock so I got the regular Blu-ray from Target I'm planning on watching this one before the end of the year so I'll let you know what I thought of it after I watch it.

Both Mad Max, and finally the Snyder Cut Steelbook!! Uffda awesome hot chicken nuggets and French fries!! Hopefully you get those Mad Max Steelbooks before they vanish.
