On the note of Protoss not being able to repair anything, I always thought it was super odd that the race that has literal telekinetic powers can't repair anything at all but the man with gun (or drill in this case) can repair air units that aren't landed without even touching them. Who really have psychic powers here? xD

If you take into account that protos units are not "built" but instead teleported, maybe they are just too complex to repair. Another possible explanation would be that they are too expensive to repair or they require some kind of exotic resource you can't find locally. It's a bit of a stretch but it's consistent with the lore.

While immortal chargelot typically doesn't work vs. early marine centric pushes, the current 3 barracks with a raven timings we are seeing currently seem to veer heavily into maruaders which immortals seem to do a lot better against. Also doesn't hurt the immortals 2 shot unshielded marines.

Winter always says hopefully you've had a good day so far but he posts videos about 11am Florida time and I always wake up and watch them as they drop over my cup of coffee. Perfect timing. Gotta love self employment. Hes gonna be real busy soon trying to drop vids on zerospace, starcraft, and the other one weve been waiting on whose name now escapes me. Hero had him the whole time, he just wanted to try a build out on a pro that he was thinking might be good. Then just went back to meta to finish it off when he ran out of games.

With almost 200k subscribers he probably makes about 50k a year just from this youtube channel (this channel, he has others), also various stuff from other things and selling himself as voice pack announcer to blizzard, hosting some tournaments/games with other creators etc. ide guess if you average it all out over last 5 years or so he probably averages at least 70k a year talking about a game he actually likes. And he got a one time large lump some from blizzard for his voicepack (wich i bought). Those are pretty safe numbers if you do simple youtube x subscribers x view math and it could definitely be higher because he posts almost every day. He also has a fair amount of twitch subscribers that basically pays him directly every month so ide guess he is chilling close to 80-100k a year gaming plus the occasional large sum cash payments from various tournament/blizzard/colab vid stuff. He is doing pretty good. I do know league is popular but I've never played it nor could I identify it if i saw a picture. This is a strategy game channel, his other one covers various different games though even shooters.

Winter what are your thoughts on a fleet beacon upgrade for increased energy regeneration for pheonix's? I feel like they become pretty useless if they are apart of the mid game armies for too long. I understand that access to too much regen to early would be an issue for too much harras and picks but I would think a mid game option would be a good choice

Rushes exist. Just because you intend it as a mid game upgrade doesn't mean people won't be able to get to it eaaaaaarly. And there are already some messed up situations like phoenix v phoenix in protoss. I don't think you suggestion will happen just because since phoenix cannot destroy buildings it becomes a longer, somewhat more boring game where toss feel pidgeonholed into picking phoenix.

​@@gsgaming6976 They have already shown precedence by gating Tempest rushes behind Tectonic Destabilizers from the fleet beacon making it far less impactful. Phoenix v Phoenix won't be a real issue as the air wars do not use energy at all

But why though? The more Bio gets upgraded the quicker Phoenix evaporate, and that's not taking into account late game EMP which make Phoenix worthless. In PvP its a similar situation, you want to transition out of Phoenix in the late game for better units. In PvZ you don't want them at all unless there are Mutas out.

@@hivetech4903 have a look at some games that open with a decent amount of nix. It gets to a point in most games where the game state runs too hot for the nix energy to catch up making them pretty much worthless. I'm saying an upgrade for this point in the game to be added so that the option of continuing high tempo Phoenix play could be as route people could choose to go down if they wanted too. The whole idea of them is to contain, pick and then transition into a support group that inevitably fizzles out due to some of the reasons I said previously

It wasnt maybe top top SC2:) but very funny, specially with Winter's comments. Like Winter said, everybody got those games at whatever level, when you play so bad you are sure you are dead, but then your opponent play as bad and it turns into some grotesque macabre show. Or as Harstem put it so eloquently once "Its so bad, I dont care who wins this game anymore. I just want it to end" :):)

The stats don’t exist in game but the cards are in general references to the players strengths/weaknesses or in solar’s case it was a reference to the fact he has lost two games to running directly into a nuke

At this level, there's a point where the comeback is just not possible. The players are too good. Making them kill everything is just a waste of time. If you're going to lose anyway, just accept it and move on. Forcing them to full kill you is just kinda immature.

9:30 HUGE mistake by Hero, he has absolutely no reason to attack Cure, Cure lost his third, Hero has 4 bases vs 2, all he need to do is chill, make 200 supply and defend coming all-in from hero

I'm guessing you are new to this game - things were only going to get worse for Cure. HerO would never have to "all-in"... Its Cure who will eventually have to move out and all-in. HerO can afford to take the map & keep sending armies at Cure or max out with an army that will be much better tech, because he can afford it. Cure will have to move out and some point and when he does he is all-in. HerO will crush him & won't even have to replace his army, but he would be able to afford to replace it easily. So Cure is super dead the longer he waits. That's why casters will always say players in that scenario are forced to all-in.

I think Hero make extremely risky and unnasesery move that can almost cost him the game from 95% chance to win. If Cure have little bit more supply or this fight would have gone better in his favor, he be able to counterattack and make 50/50 game again. This is not an insult in any shape or form.
