This is not sensor problem or mechanical problem...this is a Print Driver Issue...you must change your paper settings within your print driver settings from your PC workstation program when sending your file(PDF Excel etc.)and make sure they are set to desired output media assigned to requested tray on printer.

Wrong. I have 2 HP printers on my network and one Brother printer. The CP2025 has this error and the other HP doesn't All settings are exactly the same. Just POS printer!

No it's from there not software When you print a self test it does the same so it's sensor error and besides I solved my HP laserjet m130nw by doing the same sensor clean up

I tried reinstalling the driver but did not work and cleaned the sensor also but it did not work so what can be the prob

Sir i have same model printer, the main problem is single paper is coming out side, but 2 or more prints are giving then second paper is jam in cartridge area and first paper is jam in output area last erge.... Please give the current solution, And all printer gares are good conditions, not broke any part, and try 1 papers are coming as well good, please tell me a good solution sir

i just restore to default factory setting, then i restart the printer...and voila....the error "Unexpected paper size" never show again

Dear, i have problem of 'unexpected paper size in tray 1' when we print duplex print or duplex copy. after printing one side, paper comes out of fuser unit and falls in the exit tray, instead of going back inside for printing on other/back side. Printer model hp mfp 226dn. Single side printing of quite ok. Problem comes only when we give duplex print. Would you please suggest any remidy.

Laser Jet Pro 400 m401dne প্রিন্টারে ট্রে 2 তে পেপার প্রিন্ট দিলে পেপার জ্যাম হয়না কিন্তু ট্রে 1 তে দিলে পেপার লিভার বার বার পেপার টানে এবং পেপার জ্যাম হয়। এই সমস্যার সমাধান দিয়ে একটা ভিডিও দিলে খুব উপকৃত হবো।
