Interesting start, but the food is a bit less diverse than possible, even with the owners of the restaurant being Americans. After they have been mentioned, I would have added at least pasta - perhaps lasagna or tortellini.

Hundreds kinds of pasta? What about the the 3000 kinds of bread and 5000 to 6000 kinds of beer you find in gemany alone .. all made from wheat. And then come the cakes and cookies. Followed by the 1,200 varieties of cheese from france, and all the wine and harder booze from europe. Oh .. and chocolate, petit fours, nougat etc. .. from germany, swiss, belgium. And then comes asia .. oh asia ... 😋
