I believe in Ghosts and see things which I cannot explain away. However, I do have a level of skepticism and don't jump on the paranormal bandwagon when every little thing goes off or a bang. Proof is good with proof it validates the existence of Ghosts. Although non believers will always be closed mind to a point until something happens to them lol. Thats what I love about these guys they have a level of skepticism and will not always jump to the paranormal for every little thing which happens. This sets them above other channels. Without proof it can be frustrating as you cannot say definitely it's paranormal or just natural noise or every time the wind blows a door everyone will be saying it's a Ghost 😂.

The thermostat didn’t just slip off the window sill - it hit the floor with significant force. Then there were the loud noises that followed it, hardly a coincidence. Investigators need to be brave and stand their ground when something unexplainable happens - please show it as this is why we watch. Anyone who watches lots of these videos catches onto the fakers pretty quickly and there will always be those who shout fake because they are so resistant to the concept of paranormal activity. I have never ever watched any paranormal crap. But "Ghost Theory" I'm subscribed just from the prior video with the gunshot, falling or running down the stairs. No crap just two Down to Earth guys exploring something we as Human's don't understand or are curious about, without the "drama, crap, fakeness" Has anyone ever thought a home abandoned leaves events of it's past within it's walls? To myself this seems to be an Evil Human's memories of family abuse reliving the same event every time at that time, murder hence the gun shot, falling down stairs or running away from the abuser. Or could it be a different dimension, a time hole where the home is in a time where you two are actually the intruders and the Soul's are in their time zone and you two are actually witnessing/hearing the past. If that makes sense.? Maybe your investigating abandoned homes takes you to a vortex of some sort a time of the past. This investigation was what made me think the shotgun was a family Anialator hence the little girl screaming the voices, the running from the gun. I HONESTY believe our loved one's gone Home/Heaven too soon don't stay but go to a Beautiful place where we will see them again when it's our time to go Home/Heaven. On the other hand Evil Personified Soulless, Narcarcisstic, Cruel, Evil Soul's i hope are left in limbo. As punishment for their cruel acts against Children, Animal's, family members and innocent Soul's. It would be Amazing if you could research time of this event, history etc. Perhaps go there another day see if the same happens or the same time you did in this video. Hi guys a similar thing happened to me in the 90s when I was playing in a band in a 130 year old winery in South Australia. It was a long weekend and we were playing Fri, Sat and Sunday during the day and we had to sleep in one of the offices in the old winery house at night. I had taken some sandwiches along for latter that night and had put them about six inches from the edge of a table flat on the table. Just as we were getting our bedding stuff ready for bed the sandwiches flew off the table and landed six feet away on the floor. I found out latter that they acutely do ghost tours there and apparently they see strange things happen all the time. Nice of them to tell us about it. I got a really good sleep that night.....Well one of my eyes did anyway.😂😂🤣🤣

Really cool capture guys. I have to say this though. It makes me SUPER angry when I see these gorgeous homes gone to crap. Can you imagine them in all their glory? What I would give to see that house when it was lived in. I am really curious how/why it happens. Someone has got to own it, no? Oh, one more thing. I remember Joe mentioning on a recent video something about always having his phone on silent. You guys should really make sure you do not have your phones on (or in airplane mode) when investigating. The signal from a phone can set off numerous paranormal devices. It's a easy way for people to fake activity (not that I think you guys would ever do that).

Let me just say - your previous investigations paired with everything you guys put out… it’s quite clear you gents are out to see the truth and actuality of the paranormal. That video was way out of this world Joe & Elliot . How can anybody explain the kind of light switch being chucked on the floor as that is not light . All the other stuff you got as it looked like a poltergist was playing about in just that area and the door could be a porthole i know it sounds stupid . But the K2 were going mad by it .

Watching this in the living room before bed. I have two African Grey parrots and every time you call out, in the silence that follows, Louie comes out with some gibberish, like “right then, bye!” “Good boy!” “Helloooooooo!”, he might sing a little song or just laughing 🤣🤣🤣 there’s a good reason why I watch these when they’re asleep 🤣🤣🤣

That device that was knocked off the window seat was done with such force, yeah that was very real! And the last part were Joe is talking about what to do, and he is holding the K2, what looks like an orb to me, floats into the picture and lands on the K2, that goes off. You guys got some great footage!
