It’s just not possible for a woman’s testosterone levels to be higher than around 150ng/dL naturally, unless she has testes! Even with a hormonal imbalance caused by PCOS, a woman’s “abnormally high” testosterone levels would not exceed 150ng/dL - it’s enough to cause weight gain, acne & excess body hair but not enough to cause such drastic male characteristics that Banda clearly has (including the prominent brow ridge) On average, men have 300-1,000 ng/dL testosterone and woman have 15-70 mg/dL … these differences are huge.
