The Y chromosome in males can give them an advantage in strength and other physical attributes. However, there is no evidence that hyperandrogenism gives female athletes a performance advantage. Testosterone plays a key role in athletic performance. Women who excel in competitive sports tend to have higher testosterone levels than those who don't. Epigenetic modifications, such as DNA methylation and histone modifications, can influence exercise adaptation. Epigenetic differences may explain some of the sex differences in exercise adaptations. Adult males are generally stronger, faster, and more powerful than females of similar age and training status. The difference in athletic performance can be as much as 10 to 30+%. So basically bones, muscles, etc have completely different structures which benefits the XY athletes. I totally understand that everyone deserves to have place where to play and that is their right but not on the expense of others, so maybe its time for creating a new sport category. This could be the key and everyone will have place where to play their favourite sport.

12:43 No he is not. From his birth with ambiguous genitalia the doctors would have tested the chromosomes to determine the sex of the infant. A conversation would then have taken place between the doctors and the parents as to how to raise the child. A decision would have been agreed to raise the penisless boy as a girl to save child and family from embarrassment. At puberty the male changes kick in, but the parents always knew he was a boy. They and the child (hopefully) always knew that he was not a girl.
