What I always do is remembering to be discipline because motivation sometimes won't help me and the other thing you've said do everything for the sake of Allah. I do feel that low energy sometimes especially when my scheduling is messy and I can't do anything at all one thing I do is I sit on my prayer mat read Qur'an as much as I can at that moment I do feel everything will be fixed no matter how hard or difficult and frustrating is dear.

I feel you sis. Sometimes we go hard on ourselves but it's good to take a break and think if we are really been kind to ourselves or ignoring our feelings because we think it might be pointless. May Allah ease all our affairs, so good to see you on my feed🥰
