I'm a UK Citizen but I'm abroad a lot. The problem I have is that solicitors want me to physically come back to sign final paperwork when I'm purchasing a property. Do you know any UK solicitors who let you do everything from a distance?

Mate I’ve coached lots of expats it’s definitely doable to not have to come back into country. It’s normally old school solicitors that want you to sign in front of them. There are many solicitors that don’t require this. Just need to find a solicitor in the country that you’re in to witness it.

@@harveygrowthproperties I was close to purchasing a hostel in a surf town in Ericera. Since they have opened new motorways from Lisbon, it's opened up new areas for commuter links etc
