I was a stay at Home mom with no money in my IRA or any savings of my own, which was scary at 53 years of age. Three years ago I got a part time job and save everything I make. After 3 years, I am 56 yo and have put $9,000 in an IRA and $40,000 in my portfolio with CFA, Evelyn Infurna. Yes that’s one of the option but my accountant didn’t register myself and wife as partner so need to wait 3 years again

@@harveygrowthproperties If you own properties jointly with your wife by 'de facto' you are already running a partnership so you can go ahead and incorporate. Get a second opinion. Incorporation has taught that accountants are not created equal

The mansion he's standing out side is Acklam Hall. It was the home of the Hustler family over 500 years ago. It is now a grade 1 listed building. From the 1920s to the 1970s or so it was a boys only Grammar School, at which I was a pupil at from 1957-1961. Where the 400k houses are was the cricket pitch / athletics ground and on the other side a rugby pitch.
