one thing I heard which resonated with me so much is if you are kind, compassionate, thoughtful, nurturing, etc. you deserve to be with someone who can equally match those qualities. I realized yes I am those things and its like I am being drawn to people with the opposite spectrum because of my unresolved stuff. What we shine light on heals us.

My girl B. You are so brave. In general and specifically how you handled the weight loss questions. You commitment to honesty comes across in your bravery to say it as is. Then there is the fact that you still continue to work and do such amazing work at that. I could not tell that you were having a hard time when you lost all that weight. I just thought that that is how your body had chosen to express itself at that time, I’m trying to tell you that you are so committed to your work and so responsible that you were doing it regardless of how you felt - AND you did it so well. Don’t get me started on how graceful, confident, kind, patient of a Mother you are. You deserve so much more praise for how well you have been doing regardless of how you had and have been feeling. All respect to you Queen. The greatest to ever do it.

Thank you for your honesty with excess skin after kiddos. I’m so tired of influencers saying by that exercise and lotions get rid of loose skin. When you’re lean it’s skin and nothing will fix it except surgery. If there’s a little excess fat, exercise is great but so much mis-information out there. I’m back to my pre pregnancy weight (2 years postpartum) and the leaner I get, the more excess skin is visible - it’s very much like yours and I’m here for it!! I love that it reminds me I grew a human

I love how pure and authentic you described and shared your thoughts with excess skin. I'm fortunate to have not experienced that at all. I used body butter faithfully BUT my human baby was 7LBS 8 Oz definitely not 10LBs and I'm about the same size as Brittany so I was very impressed with how she talked about the extra skin and tips on how to not waste money on unnecessary products

My 3 and 4 year old sleep on a full bed together in their room… but sometimes my youngest sneaks into my room in the early morning. I love my space, but also love the occasional snuggles in the quiet of the mornings when she comes over. 🥰 I’m sad that it’ll stop someday.

Haha the pelvic floor comment was me 😂 Estrogen has been super helpful for our 13 year old pittie. We had a bunch of bloodwork to check for anything else going on and even ultrasounds to see if it was kidney stones. Diagnoses; old lady bladder. Hoping you get some answers 🫶🏻🩵 Also we didn’t see full results with the medication until almost a full month/6 weeks.

I started sleeping with my mom around the age of 4 due to somw big life changes at that time... She had such a hard time getting me to sleep in my own bed in my own room... When i was about 10 i wanted to sleep in my own room and really struggled but it did take until about 10 to officially sleep on my own again....
@jennifercate89966 ай бұрын
That’s so so funny. My daughter was the EXACT same thing. She was the EASIEST child to put to sleep. I’d put her in her room, with her taggie blanket and a bottle - and then no bottle, turn around and walk out and shut the door behind me. That was until she was about 4.5, and ever since then she sleeps with me and/or her dad every night. She will be seven in August & yes it would be great if I got some nights to myself to decompress, but also I love it and agree they’re only little for such a short time! ❤. I haven’t heard too many other parents have the exact same situation. Especially about like realizing one day that she could actually leave the room if she wanted 😂 - this too came after sleeping together bc she was sick.

Maybe this will be helpful: but my dog is an older dog and when he was on kibble he started drinking water non stop, I started to worry. I switched his kibble to fresh food I make myself, and literally he almost never drinks water anymore. I wonder if the processed food started effecting him and making him thirsty. High sodium maybe? I dunno. But changing his food was the key for us.
