Another day, another upload... ESR has really good cases for extremely affordable prices (especially in USA). But some are better than others! When making this video I missed out on the Cyber Series, I'll rank that one in my tier list though, no worries!

I bought the OtterBox defender series case normally I wouldn’t do that but the magnet portion for MagSafe accessories is stupendous

You mean the magnets that are inside of the kickstand, that aligning magnet? If so, that one is very strong, and the magsafe ring is awesome too.

I have the tough case for the 15pro max and im learning to hate it. - It has the usb type c port cover which is annoying to open when charging. - due to the size of the usb cover, only certain cables can fit - built in tempered glass has some weird warping or rainbow effect since its not properly glued to the screen - when dirt gets in the case (since there are still holes around the button), its a pain to remove I feel like i wasted my money. Although the 15pm version has the stash stand. I went ahead and bought the ESR flickstand case instead.

Good feedback! Great to see long term use stories like this. I don’t have time to use all cases I see long term so I miss out of these things.

Some are telling the ESR full body case (yours first one in this video) screen side is not as responsive as the iphone screen without the cover. Kindly confirm if there is an issue.

No dedicated camera control button, another hard pass for me. Only spigen and supcase are the real contender beside apple cases themselves.

You also have to consider the price. If these cases were the price of the spigen ($35) than I’d expect a camera control

Between ESR and Spigen which brand would you recommend for specifically for durability and drop protection?

IMO the brand doesn’t matter at much as the particular case model. Like both of their hybrid cases will have similar protection, which both will be less protective than their “pro armor” style heavy-duty cases. The main edge with ESR is that some of their cases include a screen protector which is a great bonus if you use them.

I ordered an ESR iPhone 14 case but received a completely different, used case that wasn’t even for an iPhone. It was scratched and clearly not new. To make things worse, Amazon provided no help with the return process, making this experience even more frustrating. Very disappointed with both the product and Amazon’s lack of support. Would not recommend.

Idk how good this company is, but in your particular case, it seems a fault with Amazon... there is a story of a diper company going bankrupt, because someone returned a used diper, that amazon sent to a new customer without checking, and that customer left a comment, which amazon refused to remove dispite it's their fault... and thr company gone bankrupte at the end...
