In a world with information bombarding us from each and every angle and the daily grind moving at a breakneck pace, it’s hard to stay focused. With so many decisions and so much information to digest at every turn, being unfocused can be a detriment to your personal and professional life.
@lukaskkramer4 жыл бұрын
That's a super important point! In a world of seemingly endless opportunities and endless stimuli, it's a real challenge to choose the few things that matter for yourself and to stick with them no matter what. Making those decisions requires a lot of courage and perspective but, as Brendon shared, without a clear North Star, we're just bumbling from one thing to the next without developing real depth and character.
@lukaskkramer4 жыл бұрын
The final key to change almost always is a deeper emotional connection to WHY-no “hack” or “secret”. Why is it absolutely necessary for us now to step forward and act courageously in the face of struggle, pain, and uncertainty? What will be the most painful consequence if we don’t take that action? Brendon, thank you for this demonstration of your world-class coaching skills and for being a true role model for all of us! I feel so honored to have witnessed this moment live in February. It was the final proof for me that I need to give it my all to become a world-class coach like you are so that I can serve others at that level! All the best to you and Matt!

"Who needs me today to be on my A game?"----powerful reflection! "The why that makes you cry" If you don't have an emotion response it is not your "why" Find your "why" to help yourself, family, society
@lukaskkramer4 жыл бұрын
Love that highlight of "The why that makes you cry"! Another powerful test that I've learned is: Take your WHY and ask, "Why is that important?" If your answer is, "Just because. What in the world could matter more important than that?" you're on to something. If there's still a Why behind the Why, keep digging!
