suppose if one node is busy and 2nd is also busy and the information we want is distriuted all three nodes what the function of yarn in this scnerio? please reply ASAP

Hi sir Thanks for great explanation. If same information is replicated in different nodes... If we write select query on HDFS... same information is present in every node.. then why to map different nodes...?

Good question Nandakishore. Lest understand with an example. lets say there is a large file split in three parts. P1,P2.P3. Each of these P1/P2/P3 will have 3 copies kept in various nodes.(Replication) However, when we try to fetch file, only one time P1/P2/P3 will be fetched from any one of the place.
