I think the most free person that can control himself and decrease the destruction that happen in your mind by seeing useless social media accounts ,KZbin ..etc .. we must control ourselves باذن الله تعالى Because at least if not for this life at least for our after life in heaven ان شاء الله تعالى .... Because all that input information affect our relationship with Allah SWT .. and can decrease our believe.. may Allah help us and protect us all دعواتكم بالتثبيت (فكن عبدًا لله تكن حرًا)

I think this one came on time. I had a presentation today at university and I forgot the speech 😁 ( although I was memorising very well before I began ). It was so embarrassing for me to pause the speech and to check what I should say, then I went through this video and see one of the influential people to me who also faced what I literally faced, I realised that we are humans and we get nervous in such events and it is definitely a normal thing.
