Properties in western cape are expensive but this one is in Greenpoint. Walkable to many places like stadium, v&a, restaurants and beaches

the bath/shower mix is my ultimate no go... its all the UK has.. unless you take out the bath and make it a normal shower... so frustrating

I lived in this building before they renovated the whole building. My apartment was also a two bed directly above the one you're showing. 5 years of great memories, good times, and a heck of a lot of parties. My rent was only R4500 then.
