Yup it's a shame. I'm a huge fan of Afro Beats music (check out two things Made in Lagos by WizKid, and the movie Lara and the Beat (basically a Nigerian Slum Dog Millionaire on Netflix and you can see how racist America is toward Africa) , but I digress. As I was saying, the music is so amazing and it dawns on you wait they can't make this amazing music in mudhuts with no electricity. Then I discovered the amazing homes in Lagos. Not the older mansions, but the brand new mondern ones with the clean lines. Then I discovered car companies made my Nigerians. Then I discovered airlines with big huge jumbo jets, owned by Nigerians. No not Air Nigeria, but Air Peace. Big housing developments. Yes many countries in Africa have govement problems but this big beautiful continent with these amazing diverse coutries is NOTHING like they portray it to be.
