After a few tours of Southern Ireland on motorcycles I can confirm that it does tend to rain quite a bit. Lovely country though and as you said the people are so very friendly and helpful. What do you feed those dogs on, it must be rocket fuel for dogs!!!

Hi Guys, we are off to drive the WAW in September and just wondered how dog friendly you found places, in particular beaches. There appear to be restrictions for Blue Flag beaches, but wondered if you had any issues with the dogs off lead? Ta. Happy travels :)

We only tend to visit dog friendly places in all honestly but we found Ireland as a whole to be extremely dog friendly! One of our favourite countries we have travelled in, you'll have a blast, enjoy!
