Unger Pro Extruder Squeegee Tool Review

Been a window cleaner for 19 years, residential, commercial and industrial film for about 12. I'm really enjoying these videos as I am planning to add automotive film to my services. However, I will warn everyone that from my experience cutting a squeegee blade flush with the channel like in this video creates a risk for scratching or scuffing the areas around the glass. I recommend cutting your blade just a little past the channel, maybe 1/8 of an inch or so.

Is this better squeegee then the Go Doctors ? Does this or the Go Doctors leave any scratches on the tints?

Works great on flat glass but useless for automotive. The channel is makes the blade do rigid that it can't bend with the contour or the glass. Making vertical passes with the squeegee is the only way you can sorta get it to work. Making horizontal passes.. forget about it

fadedxballa After using this squeegee more... I agree 100%. I did shorten it to 3.5 inches and it works much better on cars. It is not my favorite. I went back to the Go Doctor and Blue Max in pro Unger handle.

hey ralph question can i tint windows in cold weather?

ricardo navarro cold weather tinting is definitely possible. make sure to squeegee as much water out as possible and you could even use the heart gun to dry it out more. after that just let the client know dung time could be longer.
