One major lesson i learnt is about the way we react to situations. The driver's wife had every valid reason to be angry and let all hell loose but her calm demeanor towards the situation, not only saved her marriage but her husband's boss. Sometimes, our reaction to a certain situation may be the key to someone's salvation. In another life, if I were married and find my husband cheating, the other woman would have to go. I'm not leaving my husband or home for another woman. It's not easy to be a divorced/single woman. This is coming from a divorced woman- let it be known that my husband left and filed for divorce. I am still in our home where he left me. He's still my husband in God's eyes and that is how it's going to be. I live celibate as God commands a woman not to remarry unless her husband dies (Romans 7:1-3). I choose to obey God's Words. I will remain celibate as in the eyes of God; I am still married. This is why I said in another life from the beginning of my comment. In this life, I remain married to my husband.

An adulterous woman/man will not make it to Heaven. God makes it clear in his word. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor reviler, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.” Most people don't like to hear this but it is the truth. God does not care if we like what he says; his word will come to pass.

Encouraging women to stay in adulterous marriages where the husbands are unrepentant adulterers, say nothing, cook for him, pray for him, keep having sex with him and treat him great while he continues to sleep around. This is the wrong message presented as a christian message to women (mind you never the other way to men). Yet in the bible adultery is a clear ground for divorce or at least seperation till other comes to his senses. But some african christians are preaching a holier than the bible gospel. Never mind danger of aids, stds, physical and mental abuse, emotional pain & trauma that follows this disregard of the standard of scripture and imply that women should remain with & treat wonderfully a perpetual adulterer husband.

No one is encouraging adultery or fornication here. Both women believed they could turn things around through their spiritual engagement and sacrifices, and the LORD honored their requests. Remember, no pastor or any man of God was introduced from the beginning to the end of the movie. This suggests to us that our personal relationship with God goes a long way and teaches us what to do at any given time. Therefore, I want to come to the conclusion that the greatest gift we believers can give to ourselves is a personal relationship with God.
