wanted to follow up this comment by saying my antidepressants have finally kicked in and while i still have a habit of ruminating on stuff that's literally made up, i am having an easier time unhooking myself from thoughts and being less emotionally affected by them. when i eventually start therapy soon i should develop some strategies to make myself even better. help and health looks different for everyone, but don't give up! inner peace is probably achievable!

I recently heard that pastel blue is the colour that suits blondes the most and Trixie is really proving that to be true in this episode. I actually gasped as I laid my eyes on her.
