wanted to follow up this comment by saying my antidepressants have finally kicked in and while i still have a habit of ruminating on stuff that's literally made up, i am having an easier time unhooking myself from thoughts and being less emotionally affected by them. when i eventually start therapy soon i should develop some strategies to make myself even better. help and health looks different for everyone, but don't give up! inner peace is probably achievable!

Katya is so relatable. I also thought wine tastes disgusting when I tried it as an adult but when I was a kid I imagined it probably tastes amazing. And I also spent a lot of my time thinking of every possible worst outcome for every minor or major situation which made me completely frozen in fear for most of my life.
