When I cry my nose is clogged up and I somewhat uncontrollably sniffle and have all over the place inhalation, leading to not being able to breath well. When I have a panic attack, the feeling that I'm not able to breath is not because my nose is clogged and etc, its typically because my chest feels tight and I hyperventilate and take short breaths due to adrenaline/fear/anxiety/panic. I could 100% be wrong lol
