@@sebastianm8465 Upload educational documents just once and for letter of motivation, upload for each university and mention the name of that university. Also if any university asks for some specific document, then do mention that uni's name in your file. Otherwise all other documents are uploaded only once.

According to the study regulations for my master degree, all applicants must be adequately vaccinated against measles. Proof of vaccination must be submitted with the application". This is on the UNI-ASSIST application form, not in the visa process. So my question is about the certificate, should I just translate a standard certificate or should I get a template from the embassy and have it certified by a doctor?

Brother, i need to know 1 thing. In uni-assist they evaluate my documents and 1 important document was missing that is Transcript, so they mail me and i uploaded it today, but my question is do they again take 3-4 weeks to reevaluate my document as my deadline is 1st march 2024..😢

They will take some time. As they have done the primary check. I think this was the only document missing. You should not worry.

as per uni assist: "Your officially certified copies must be sent to uni-assist by post. Scans / uploads of certified documents are not sufficient. We also do not accept simple photocopies of officially certified copies." That means when you upload the documents even if they are not certified it is fine. where as document sent by post must be notarized.

Beforehand. You need to submit it with your applications in some cases. As for others you'd definitely need it during your online registration at the university and for your visa.

APS will be mentioned in course requirements, if they need it in advance else you need to provide it later after getting admit letter / confirmation. For VPD it will be mention in requirements not every university ask for it.

Then if I want to apply for 2nd university after one to two weeks in uni assist for vpd then I will have to pay 30 Euro or 75 Euro. To sum up, is it necessary to apply for vpd of universities at same for to avail the 30 Euro scheme ? Or we can also apply after some time?
