It yes and no at the same time...if majority of students who applied have better grades, they will be selected over you. They also have a number of students they admit evey year... Usually student who don't get admission into main campus are give city campus or distance. That is if you completed that option on your admission form... IN ALL, LET'S BE HOPEFULLY 🤞🏾

Yes you can do deploma for distance...👍🏾 You need to choose the same option you did with your deploma for the degree top up too👍🏾👍🏾

The Courses you choose should have public administration in it . examples public administration, information studies and psychology. Then in level 400, drop information studies and psychology and major in public administration... LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH THE EXPLANATION 👌🏾
