👏 👏 a recipe like this for uni is what i badly needed! Sea urchins are one of my favorites and just like lucho, sumisisid din ako for this or kaya Kapag low tide nag dadala lng kami ng kaldero ng rice at suka sa may dagat and we eat it right away! Might i suggest using sea grapes for those who cant afford caviar 👌
