the gray formation at boiled egg is ferrous sulfide not cyanide. it’s the chemical reaction between sulfur (from egg whites) and iron (from egg yolk) when overcooked

Ms. Judy usually sa italy nag blender ng parmiggiano tas ilalagay sa bottle para everytime u need it no need to grate always. Ive been in italy for 14 yrs aftrer i graduated from college. And as ive worked from different kinds of environment i got use to observed them. Hope this will help you. More videos to come. Ciao.
