Hey sis what do you do when you feel unmotivated to study and how do you memorized what you've study btw you're so pretty❤❤

Hey girl! I totally get unmotivated sometimes, what I find helps is to take a break from my phone or screens and go outside. And then right when I get back inside I go straight to my work. I also sometimes do the method of doing work for 30 mins with my phone put away and then have a 5 min break and then repeat. I find this also helps me to stay on track. In terms of memorizing I like to write things out by hand and then repeat them out loud several times. These are just some things that I find help me so I hope they are useful to you as well 💕 and thank you girl that is so sweet 💖
