This song reminds me when I was a new comer to Canada. Totally ilegal and I decide to study English but soon i have to drop my class because I had no papers. Miss Barcley our teacher invited all the students that did not have families in Canada to acompany her and family for Christmas dinner. It was amazing food and hospitality. While we ate that delicious meal the little drummer boy was playing. I get tear in mi eyes every time I hear it.

Any year that I have one of what we call "my personal TRUE Christmas moment" is a special one. For me the "touch" usually involves music. I am so happy to say I had one of those times very early this year when I had my special (happy, gut-wrenching, silly & sad) moment with this version while in my car. I had to find out who it was singing. I found him right here.
