You are the man! Always great in depth info. Very helpful when hitting a wall. I upgraded most of my sites to 5.10.19 but a couple just did not work right and stop responding as a UCK and reported to be a Software Key. So I was able to remote to a computer on that network. SSH's to it. Followed your command line and after doing the restore I am good to go.

Absolutely great video! I have 7 sites running a full setup of the unifi system and one of them has a power outage problem that leaves my cloudkey there in ruins and i was trying to find a reset option asking the UBNT-support to no avail. So many thanks

Will. How would you use CMD on this Command .. if the cloud key blinks white .. but powers off. as im watching my Ping to the device.. go on for 10ms at most. but at 1ms x 10 down the cmd interface

i only have one site with a cloud key ... most of my sites i tend to use a intel nuc or gigbyte brix with linux on it and edgerouters so i can remote in... i wonder if i can remote in a cloud key seeing as its is running linux.

Willie Howe I'm really interested in this. I've just finished an install with a Cloud Key and it was very nice. I see it is showing up green on the unifi site but I don't yet know if/how I can remote into this device to manage that network from anywhere online. Great videos Willie!

Can you reset your passwords from CLI, or read them like you can on the PC install version? my cloud key will not let me login, support just told me to reset the device.

A related question to this video, i used to have a toughswitch i could remote to and restart the port for the cloudkey if it was totally inaccessible but i now switched to UNIFI switch with no apparent GUI or CLI commands for a port powercycle any ideas?
