Well I signed ndas with Ubiquiti well before the conference and it’s an on going thing. So for me I can talk about them when it’s released to the public Now saying that other people who went didn’t need to sign ndas

I mean...I should now bother you & hunt you down to get some private info's about upcomming products 😅😊😊 and keep it for myself cuz' I'm curious if Ubiquiti will ever come out with new verision of UDR like to combine all Wi-Fi, Ports, 1 Gbps Up/Down with IDS/IPS turned on and probably full flage OS with like HDD built-in for small home Protect setup...so it would be like 3in1 device to run Network, Protect & Wi-Fi...All-in-On and I'm willing to pay it more rather then to have like Cloud Key + Switch + AP + Router + ISP Modem... it's like boring...but I hope so Ubiquiti will come up with something like this...

The release of ridiculous products that nobody asked for or wants, the constantly broken firmware, the adding features we don't want or need and taking away those we constantly used, as well as things like EOL'ing the old Link Planner and giving us this "new improved" ISP Design Center that's a dumpster fire. I love Ubiquiti for what it is but they've been shooting themselves in the foot for about 5 years now at point blank.

I don't understand why Ubiquiti would not allow to let people who attended their conference to talk about their upcoming products. Any other great shows around the world (CES for example) are there to showcase what new stuff is coming in order to generate needs in the customers. That doesn't make any sense.

The World Conference feels kind of silly to me. Why not announce your upcoming products to the whole public? I really like Unifi but this whole thing does not instill confidence in me. Not announcing your products publicly just shows to me that they don’t have much confidence with them ultimately releasing.

Lots of companies do things like this Cisco live for instance It’s to see what the company blueprint is, seeing keynote of the ceo and customer interaction. I hope they do one every year

Sure some of the very down the road products were not announced publicly but the event was still live streamed and upcoming products were announced publicly. I guess making it special for those who were able to make it but I was hoping for real solid release time frames and road maps, not just “Q1 2024” or “Next Year” which is often how stuff is announced on their forum.
